First, try to use a different browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) and see if the link opens properly there.
If that doesn't help, try clearing your cookies and cache in your browser settings.
If the link still doesn't work, send the details of the item you cannot access (title, author, link, etc.) and your contact information to Learning Commons staff either through the chat or via e-mail at LearningCommons@nwpolytech.ca or FVLibrary@nwpolytech.ca.
